    Today Moki and I walked to Patti’s 1880s Settlement and then James and I went back for dinner. Kind of a quirky place, touristy but fun to walk through. They are decorated for Xmas with the official lighting on November 1st but the lights are on regardless. Patti’s is modeled after an 1880s settlement complete with period pieces but it actually dates to 1977. It is western Kentucky’s most famous attraction and it is very pet friendly. James and I ate at Patti’s restaurant with both of us having their world famous 2” pork chop. We brought enough back for another meal.Read more
