Day 3 - Back to Cayo Costa

We decided this morning with the weather coming we either needed to pull out or hunker down somewhere out of the wind until Friday. So we’re back at Cayo Costa because we weren’t ready to come home. Moki and I walked another trail but mostly today was a down day. That said I did make bread today. Well mostly. I prepped four baguettes. Two are proofing in the fridge and will get baked tomorrow and the other two are in the freezer. Fingers crossed they come out good. Tomorrow will be much cooler than today.Leggi altro
