Konglor Cave

The sky was dark as we pulled up to, unknowingly, a quite magical location that Laura had picked to spend a few nights while we explored the surrounding area. Nestled between craggy black Lord of the rings - style mountains, we awoke with the first rays of sunlight in our little bungalow. To our delight, we had a terrace with a hammock that let us sway in the wind in rhythm with the tobacco leaves of the field surrounding us.

Our adventure to Konglor Cave was one of the most memorable parts of my time in Laos. We laughed a lot and enjoyed the feeling of mystery as we sped through the cave, pitch black, twisting and turning down the river that carved through this massive cavern.

It was so nice to catch up with Laura and also see her boyfriend Paco and some of their travelling friends. I missed her so much and I’m so happy that we had this time together. 💜🥹Læs mere
