Cooking experience with Fatima

We booked a cooking class at the place we are staying in Fes without knowing what we will get. We expected a normal cooking class but we got a whole experience. First by walking through the medina and buying the ingredients, we made our own dough and brought it to the communal bakery and we prepared several salads, tajines and a really weird sweet chicken pastry 😅 that messes with the brain because it can’t figure out if it’s savory or sweet.Lue lisää
