Red Canyon

The very south in Israel is according to my opinion the most fascinating area of the country, the rocky red mountains make you feel like you have been transported all the way to Mars.
The Red Canyon is a very short but stunning hike, the road that takes you there passes next to the border with Egypt and its Sinai desert, actually the “Red Canyon” is just a short section of Wadi Shani that starts its way in the Sinai Desert and crosses the border to continue through the Eilat Mountains.
