Peter went to a pharmacy to get an ointment for his swollen ankle.
18:00 beer and dinner in a hotel before Puebla de Sanabria.
2 km more to the town, first albergue: Casa-Luz, 10€, 5 people. Shower, washing, relax. 40km today, Martin got lots of energy, Peter was finished. The worst was the last 8km on asphalt roads.

7:30 set off, first 2 km on a paved road, then ascent to Portela de Canada 1262m (we met here the two Spanish pilgrims from our albergue) and descent to Vilavella.

The man could speak English and explained us everything about the town and the next way.
