• Florence

Today’s office had a fairly decent view. 🇮🇹📸

Parked up at Piazzale Michelangelo and honestly, Florence looked absolutely incredible from the moment I stepped out of Vanilla.

The Duomo rising above the endless terracotta rooftops, the River Arno cutting through the city, and huge storm clouds rolling across the Tuscan hills behind it all made the whole place feel cinematic. 🌩️

The weather kept switching between heavy rain and bursts of sunshine, which turned out to be perfect for photography. Different parts of the city would suddenly glow while others disappeared into shadow. One of those days where the atmosphere makes the photos for you.

I stayed up there for ages just taking it all in, camera in hand, watching Florence constantly change colour under the sky. Definitely one of the standout views of the trip so far.

Not a bad parking spot really. 🚐🇮🇹
