Tonight’s international relations exercise involved two campsite beers overlooking the Alps.

Damage:

* €13.40 for two half-litres.

After emergency mathematical analysis:

* That’s about £11.40 total.
* Roughly £6.45 per proper British pint equivalent.

Which means:
Austria has quietly reached “craft beer pub near Birmingham New Street station” pricing levels.

Still… drinking cold lager under the Austrian mountains while Vanilla cools down beside me somehow softens the financial trauma considerably. 🚐🏔️🍺

At this point on the trip I’m basically converting every purchase into:

* UK pub pints
* Greggs sausage rolls
