Los nevados day 3

Return from the refuge, only got a cereal bar for breakfast and it took me 6h40 to do what took me 2 days to climb. Got foggy weather at the first half and finally the sun showed up when I was back at the jungle level.

Every part of my body is in pain, need a good shower, a good sleep and to eat something!
