The Corinth Canal is of course not Argolida, but unless you land in Argolis by ferry, you will pass through this 6343 m long canal, built between 1881 and 1893, which separates the Peloponnese from the Greek mainland. There is a country road, motorway and railway bridge > and at both ends a retractable 2-lane steel bridge with a pedestrian area. It is impressive how 120 tons are lowered about 8 meters to the bottom. In any case, a worthwhile visit.

Dwr Kanal von Korinth ist natürlich nicht Argolidas, aber sofern ihr nicht mit der Fähre in Argolis landet, passiert ihr diesen 1881 bis 1893 gebauten, 6343 m langen Kanal, der die Peloponnes vom griechischen Festland trennt. es gibt eine Landstraße, Autobahn und Eisenbahn Brücke > und an beiden Enden jeweils eine versenkbare 2- spurige Stahlbrücke mit Fußgänger Bereich. es ist beeindruckend, wie 120 Tonnen etwa 8 Meter auf den Grund gesenkt werden. in jedem Fall ein lohnender Besuch.Lue lisää

Opposite the cute fishing village of Kilada there are a number of beautiful pebble beaches surrounded by olive groves. Lampagiana is very large and also popular with campers. It is far from the action but with a SUB or dinghy you can reach the supermarket or tavernas of maritime Kilada. The bay is protected from the west wind by the large private island of Koronida Argolida. At the southern end of the bay begins the 10 minute hiking trail to the cave of Franchthi.

Gegenüber des niedlichen Fischerortes Kilada reihen sich eine Menge wunderschöner Kieselstrände, umgeben von Olivenhainen. Lampagiana ist sehr groß und beliebt auch bei Campern. Man ist weitab vom Schuss aber mit einem SUB oder Schlauchboot erreicht man die Supermarket oder Tavernen des maritimen Kiladas. Geschützt wird die Bucht vor Westwind durch die große Privatinsel Koronida Argolida. Am südlichen Ende der Bucht beginnt der 10 min Wanderweg zur Höhle von Franchthi.Lue lisää

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Porto Cheli is one of the safest water sports bays in the Mediterranean, surrounded by countless bathing bays and the islands of Dpetses, Dokos and Hydra. It is also not far to Poros and the Cyclades, and it is only about 16 nautical miles to the nearest finger of the Peloponnese, Laconia. You are in the middle of a dream area for all kinds of water sports - here you can: - drive a motorboat yourself without a license, take part in boat trips on power ribs, motor or sailing yachts, if you want to dive down, the scuba diving center is the place to go and if you want to be more active with SUP boards, efoil boards, paddle boats etc., you will also find what you are looking for. Just talk to us.

🇩🇪 Porto Cheli ist eine der sichersten Wassersport Buchten im Mittelmeer, umgeben von unzähligen Badebuchtrn sowie den Insrln Dpetses, Dokos, Hydra. auch bis Poros und hinein in die Kykladen ist es nicht weit, auf den nächsten Peloponnes Finger Lakonien sind es nur etwa 16 Seemeilen. Ihr seid mitten im Traumtevietr für Wasserdport aller Art - Ihr könnt hier: - Lizenzfrei Motorboot selber fahren, an Bootstrips teilnehmen auf Power Rib‘s, Motor- oder Segelyachten, wer runter will ist im Scuba Tauchzentrum bestens aufgehoben und wer es mit SUP Board, efoil Boards, Paddrlbooten etc aktiver angesehen möchte, wird auch fündig. sprecht uns einfach an.Lue lisää

Iliokastro - culinary insider tip with its fantastic taverns, which are almost exclusively visited by locals. All around is local agriculture of wine, olives, sheep, goats, chickens, vegetable cultivation and much more above the mountains of Ermionida with a view over to Hydra. Fantastic view, excellent hospitality

🇩🇪 Spetses, die Insel direkt vor unserer Haustür. Erreichbar mit dem Wassertaxi | Fähren von Kostas oder dem Stadtpier Porto Cheli. ihr könnt auch selbständig mit einem der vielen Mietmotorboote erreichen. Spetses ist maritim und absolut einen Ausflug zu Fuß oder mit dem Quad wert.

Spetses, the island right on our doorstep. Reachable by water taxi | ferries from Kostas or the city pier Porto Cheli. You can also reach it independently with one of the many rental motorboats. Spetses is maritime and absolutely worth a trip on foot or by quad.Lue lisää

Hydra Island

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Hydra. A traditional pearl in the Saronic Sea. Accessible by yacht or ferry from Ermionida. Wonderful car-free island. Basically, you'll probably "only" explore the port town of the same name on a day trip, but it's a must for every Greece lover.
