Camino, day 12 - Santiago de Compostella

The count was to stop today, but... # of blisters: back to 3 + 1 new one today :(

We made it!

39, 506 steps and 26.87 kms to reach the cathedral, Santiago de Compestella. 

We got here in time to have our pilgrimage confirmed, our last stamps I our credentials received, and our certificates issued! What an incredible journey!  We also ate well today... lol. We joke a bit that this is also something of a foodie tour!  Stumbled upon a BBQ right around lunchtime... once arrived and after a shower and nap - a way too big dinner! (we seriously are not good at ordering in Spain! I've had padron peppers three times and am just in love with their salad!).

We are formally finished our Camino journey,  however are traveling to Finesterra tomorrow and to Muxia for a bit of a trip....and now a nap!
