    Up and over the mound to Rose Street and The Devils Scribe Tattoo! A slow wander back with shopping and lunch. Wandered through
    The Tartan Weaving Mill, too many lovely shops with excellent woven and woolen goods, and a few touristy shops as well with a stop at the Potions Cauldron and Whiskey Trail.
    'Mary Kings Close' has some excellent and creepy plague themed items available - because who doesn't need a stuffed plague microbe?
    Tonight we took the 'Raise the Dead' walking tour, beginning in Edinburgh’s Old Town before venturing into the haunted Blair Street Underground Vaults, then tread under the cover of darkness to Canongate graveyard, known for its restless residents.
    We laughed when the tour stopped at the courtyard of our accommodation for the story of Dr. Jeckel & Mr. Hyde!
    The Blair Street Underground Vaults are a historic network of 18th-century caverns built beneath Edinburgh's South Bridge. These are dark, damp vaults, which have been used for various purposes, including as storage, artisan workshops, and for slum housing.
