When sailing pals, Steve and Tracy, sold their catamaran "At Last", they bought a home overlooking the water in Flagler Beach, Florida. Having not seen them for a number of years, it was great to spend some time together reminiscing about our time in the Mediterranean, touring their neighbourhood on the back of a golf buggy and visiting historic St. Augustine where we had cocktails in a converted ice-maki good building.
