Climbing the Castle

This was such a lovely, winding walk up the path to the remains of this 11th century castle just a short walk from our room.

It was a treat to walk the intact battlements between the towers!

Tossa de Mar's Castle is an impressive fortress located on the beach that has stood guard over the town for centuries.
