    We thought this would be our warmest stop being only 200 km off of Africa. Instead we ended up in a rainstorm! The view from the fort was spectacular. It's a lovely combination of many cultures as the island was a key point throughout history and highly contested.

    Would love to spend more time here - it's a prime spot to consider for digital nomading.
