Beach Day

Ah! Finally the sun comes out on the Platja Gran!

The beach here has very coarse "sand". It's really more like little pebbles. It's fun to sift through the tiny rocks to find treasures, and there's no sandy mess to clean up when you leave as everything just dusts right off.

The water is breath-takingly cold this time of year but feels good. The Mediterranean is much saltier than the Pacific so is so much more buoyant.En savoir plus
