Natale di Roma Procession

This parade of over 2,000 reenactors wound their way from the Circus Maximus all through the historical district past the Colosseum and back to the Circus Maximus. One guy was inviting people over to crown them and for a selfie.

Julius Caesar and entourage were there a the crowd yelled, "Ave, Caesar" to him. Dad got stuck in a legion crossing the street. :)Read more
