The Overlord Museum opened in 2013. Located near the American Cemetery it is a warehouse filled with a collection of WWII-era vehicles. The Museum includes American, British and German exhibits with the museum’s highlights including Germany’s 88mm antiaircraft and antitank gun, a strafed German Panther tank, a Sherman tank, and a battlefield crane. There’s also a horse—a reminder that much of the German war machine was horse- powered.Läs mer
