Taleni Etosha Village

Our Nomad 12 day tour started today with a 6am pickup from our hotel (Arebbusch Lodge) for the drive to our lodge (Taleni Etosha Village) just outside Etosha National Park, arriving late morning and unable to check-in until 2pm. The lodge is very spread out, with a 300m walk to our rooms.
Before dinner we were driven by guide Nation to a nearby platform on a low Hill for sunset drinks and food. We were excited to see our first elephant, a tiny grey blob in the far distance pointed out by Nation.
Back to the lodge for dinner, a buffet including meat from several antelopes.
