Ready, aim, board the ship

After a fairly long day of flying and then a nice drive through rush hour Tokyo traffic we arrived at our overnight hotel in Yokohama. It is Cherry Blossom season (Sakura) in Tokyo and we were pleased and surprised to see blossom festooned trees everywhere along the highway on the hour+ long drive from Narita Airport to central Tokyo and then into Yokohama

Woke this morning at 6 jet lag am to watch our ship arriving at the Yokohama Cruise Terminal about 1km away.

Bit of a damp day, the forecast was actually written up as “tons of rain”. No worries, we know how to do rain✅
