    After Malacca I had a quick stop in Kuala Lumpur before getting the bus up to Penang.

    Like Malacca, George Town is a UNESCO World Heritage site and is considerably larger than Malacca.

    The old town is full of colonial era buildings, traditional Chinese shop houses, and Victorian architecture.

    A very nice and relaxed city, with a reputation for excellent food!    Read more
