Port 1: Great Stirrup Cay

I didn't get off the ship here.
Great Stirrup Cay is Norwegian's private island in the Bahamas. It was either tender to the beach or sit by the pool. I went with the latter. The weather was beautiful. I read, ate, drank, took a nap, and read some more before getting ready for the evening festivities. I went to a dance production that was absolutely phenomenal.Read more

Rainy day

Not much happened as it was a rainy day. I was able to get a walk im before it really came down and got the decks wet.
I sat in the Atrium throughout the day for various activities such as trivia. I ate at one of the restaurants instead of the buffet where I had a super yummy burger and apple pie with vanilla ice cream.
I went to see the comedy Tom Simmons and then went to see Mark (?) Gleason the magician. He was phenomenal!
I also walked 4 floors to do something and not sit on my arse all day.
I also finished 1 audiobook and got halfway into my 2nd novel.Read more

Port 2: Falmouth, Jamaica

Today started with rain and wet decks but cleared up enough, so I ventured off the boat for about an hour. As you can see, there's not a lot to do there unless you ventured further into the island on an excursion which I did not sign up for.
After getting back on the ship, I went down to the atrium for an arts class - to do a dot crystal picture. I needed more light and a table to complete it.
From lunch till 5, I didn't do much else besides sot and finish my second book. Afterwards, I took what was supposed to be an hour nap or rest and tbat turned into 2 hours... whoops. I got up, grabbed dinner, and went to the show, which was all right. Tomorrow will be my favorite... The Newlyweds or not so Newlyweds Game.Read more

I didn't do an excursion here either. I did get off the ship and walk around for an hour before coming back to the ship. I chilled on the back deck, soaked up the sun, chatted with different people and read. Glorious day. Tonight, my favorite show... The Newlyweds or Not So Newlyweds Game. There's for sure some good laughs to be had.Read more

Port 4: Isla Cozumel

This is a great port! There's much to do from excursions to shopping though I didn't have time to shop, which was probably a good thing for my wallet. My excursion was awesome. I went ATVing in the forest. Great trail, bumpy and muddy. I was timid at first since I had never driven one. Once I got more comfortable, I embraced the puddles and got dirty. I had a great experience and highly recommend the excursion, company - Wild Tours. (More pictures to come)
The cruise kitchen did have Thanksgiving dinner, but the line was consistently long. I wasn't super fussy for the items there, so I had a burger, fries, mac n cheese, and a slice of pizza. I drank a margarita and read my book. It was perfect for me..Read more
