Colorful statue of Winnie the Pooh stuck in a tree recalls the original orphaned female black bear cub, sold on the White River train platform to an army veterinarian (who later moved to "Winnie"-peg) for $20 in 1914. The bear became the regimental mascot. Later lived in the London Zoo, where she inspired author A.A. Milne. Museum features Pooh exhibit.Read more
