The world's largest one-dollar Canadian coin is on the only road in the tiny town of Echo Bay. It was created by local artist Robert Ralph Carmichael to honor the coin's 25th anniversary. Erected in 2012, the loonie is 15 feet high and made of metal. It is in the town's roadside park, which also has an environmental center, public bathrooms, and a well-kept boardwalk/interpretive trail.Læs mere
