Historical Shay 70 Locomotive
Anson Park
"The Shay" is a three car locomotive built in 1928. The train was all about power because it was used for hauling large loads and manipulating the often "rough" train tracks.
Guy-Paul Treefall

Standing 20 feet tall, an axe at his side, Guy-Paul Treefall -- nicknamed "The Storyteller" or in French, "Le Raconteur" -- is a massive lumberjack beckoning tourists into the small paper mill town. The lumberjack is a tie to Iroquois Falls' forestry history, which is the reason for the town's existence. The sculpture was crafted by artist Denys Heppell from Saint-Jean-Port-Joli, Quebec, and named by a local elementary student.
