It was a good weekend. Not the best weather - rain on Thursday and Friday, lots of wind, hot and muggy in the afternoons- but a great season opener, regardless.

I tested out my new car awning - love it! I might order another one for the other side of the van. Ragnar and Lagatha enjoyed freetime in the tent. The new bicycle tent makes for lovely storage, and was not too bad to set up and take down. I think I've got my fridge figured out now, although it throws off a ton of heat when running. It was good for this trip, since the nights were darn near cold, but may need some tweaking as the weather heats up.

Lagatha was a bad, bad bird... She escaped the side screens 3 times, making me chase her around and under the van. Alas, they still need some work.

The bands were good. Mostly, I listened from my campsite, due to the weather, but made it up to the viewing area for a few. I was particularly impressed with the young duo with the chello on the second stage, but I didn't catch their name, and it's not listed in the program. I hope to see them again sometime.Læs mere
