On Board The Ruby

After a very smooth boarding process and a nice lunch in the dining room everything turned bad. We walked into our mini suite to a lopsided and broken sofa and a broken chair. After a lot of phone calls getting management involved they replaced the chair so we had at least a place to sit. They had to to take the sofa out to re weld the frame.
