Day 17 Wed- The Download! 📷

Another day unfolds and today we have nothing planned other than finishing washing and download all my pics….
I knew it would take a number of hours to sort 7 days worth and yep it did..thank goodness I could fasten up the process a little with Tim having a multiport to put the 2 hard drives and my phone into….
Due to the fact my big camera does not cope with taking pics from a moving car 🚗😝😝😩 which is doing my head in…I have had to resort to my iPhone….which is fine fir most pics but the ones I used to take long distance within my DSLR would capture them in a flash….these new mirrorless I feel on fast movement no better than a point and shot….if there is a pole on the move then it ends up distorted….to capture still front on pics with time to focus on the they are great… it not movement…to be honest it has made me feel less than trying to capture decent shots with it…and iPhones are good yes but they are only an iPhone not the capabilities of a good camera….and this one my mirrorless Z5 I feel will have to go to someone who doesn’t need to shot on the move….

Anyway I started around 10am finally completed the 7 days in the iPhone and the 12 days on the camera it took time and patience…. Tim and John sat playing some game if Tim’s Jess is working try to keep the family a float until Tim starts back with Goggle on the 8th Aug….He starts here first then transfers back to Australia at the end of Aug beginning Sept….he is very happy to be commencing with a team of some he already knows and that he has secured a job back with them again after the other debacle…..

John and I slipped to Farm Boy fir some fruit etc to take away with us….tomorrow we head to Prince Edward County for 2 nights….

As I say a nothing day. I didn’t even get to view my pics when I downloaded them…if I did I would want to start editing them and it’s John’s work computer we bought it doesn’t have an editing program for me to play with….what a shame…Leer más
