Chiang Rai

Arrived in Chiang Rai by bus from Chiang Mai. Took about 3.5 hours. Headed to our accommodation which is Pan Kled eco resort. Cabins set in amongst trees and bushes. We walked about 3k into town to get some food. Found this little restaurant that specialises in northern Thai cuisine. I had hung lay curry which was really delicious. Nicki had the Khao Soi. Saturday we going to get a scooter.and check out a local waterfall and then to the white temple late in the afternoon.Read more
