Did the guided tour of New Harmony and so glad we did as we got to see inside some buildings we would not have otherwise seen. It's a very beautiful town with some buildings from the 19th century beautifully preserved. The town was built by German religious refugees who eventually moved to Pennsylvania. The Visitors Centre is a very modern building that was built 35 years ago but still looks ahead of it's time. New Harmony is well worth a visit and we could have stayed much longer to look around but had a three hour drive home so had to leave after we had lunch. We have had the best few days in Western Kentucky and Indiana!Read more
