Pamplona to Puente La Reina

Tough day today, Teresa's feeling like a cold is coming on and I have a tender Achilles so we're a little beat up.

The walk was good, walked through Pamplona past big parks and the university. Once out of the city, it was a climb up to a memorial for the camino and down a steep grade on the other side. It was great walking weather in the morning but heated up in the afternoon.

Some beers, Tinto de Veranos, ibuprofen, cold medicine, and muscle cream, we should be good to go tomorrow. We're going to shorten the day to help us heal.
