The Northern Province: Jaffna

Here it is - the "dangerous" North!?
The People around are smiling and talking to us, many of them are well educated in english language. It seems to be less traffic and more serious drivingstyle as in the crowdy south.
It looks more clean - maybe because the word "trashbin" is not unknown?

But there are only few Restaurants, juicebar and coffeeshops and there are only a few tourists to be found.Read more
