Rockport MA

Made it to Rockport. We were able to sail for an hour or so this morning in 10-13kn winds, before the wind died to nothing and we moored instead. The rain started, and gradually became more windy, up to 32 knots. The swells were only 1 to 3’ but were against us for a good part of the way, leaving me feeling a little green around the gills! Our docking situation is an unusual one, as you can see by the picture. We have to pull the boat in to the pier to climb up the ladder! (The yellow line is an electrical one we ran to plug into the marina’s power.)Meer informatie
