Clear blue skies and sunny ☀️ Calmer start to the day and a little cooler with a high of 36 degrees 🙏🏻
That was until late evening when the strong winds kicked in and stayed all night 💨

🏃 6km morning run around lake
🚴🏻‍♀️ 9km afternoon cycle around the lake
🏊🏻‍♀️ In and out of the lake to cool off
Another triathlon completed 🏃🚴🏻‍♀️🏊 😜

👍🏻 Bike ride into town for ice cream sat beside the lake watching the world go by 🚶🏼🍦
👍🏻 Beautiful calm evening, so different from the previous night of strong winds rocking the van💨
