Egyptian Museum - real people

Second only to Cairo in number of artefacts and very well presented. Arranged chronologically and everything clearly labelled in English. Audio guide a bit redundant.
More great graffiti
15 de marzo de 2018, Italia ⋅ ⛅ 5 °C
A few more I enjoyed. No blank surface is left unadorned!
Graffiti wall to wall
15 de marzo de 2018, Italia ⋅ ⛅ 5 °C
Turin is covered in graffiti which I loved! Creative, great colours, political, and downright rude.
Car museum
15 de marzo de 2018, Italia ⋅ 🌧 5 °C
Plenty of non-Italian classic cars to see.
Tribute to Fiat
15 de marzo de 2018, Italia ⋅ 🌧 5 °C
Turin is the home of Fiat cars sadly best known in the UK for the rust buckets of the 60s and 70s. But as their car museum shows they have a long and proud automotive tradition!
Today's the day!

Out and about Turin
14 de marzo de 2018, Italia ⋅ ☀️ 13 °C
Another sunny day and a chance to explore the city. The grid pattern of streets makes it easy to navigate with lots of small, individual shops. Well you can't have everything. ....

Rocca medievale
13 de marzo de 2018, Italia ⋅ ☀️ 17 °C
It is a reconstructed medieval village. We nearly did not go because the reviews called it a "fake" but in fact it was great fun and very well done.
Along the banks of the Po
13 de marzo de 2018, Italia ⋅ ☀️ 17 °C
A gentle stroll along the main river flowing through Turin.
Turin sculpture
13 de marzo de 2018, Italia ⋅ ☀️ 17 °C
Plenty of classical sculpture about.
Views of Turin
12 de marzo de 2018, Italia ⋅ ⛅ 12 °C
Very few high rise buildings and a good range of architecture through the ages.
Roman stuff
12 de marzo de 2018, Italia ⋅ ⛅ 12 °C
Still some remains left ...
Turin cathedral and the shroud
12 de marzo de 2018, Italia ⋅ ⛅ 12 °C
The truth about the shroud..... it's kept well hidden!
Turin hotel apartment
12 de marzo de 2018, Italia ⋅ ⛅ 7 °C
Very pleased with our accommodation. Just round the corner from the station on the south side of the old town and sadly the shopping area.
Turin - first impressions
12 de marzo de 2018, Italia ⋅ ⛅ 7 °C
Drove down through torrential rain checked in and wandered around. First impressions very positive - maybe because it finally stopped raining!?

Lets hope Boris the clown doesn't 'help'
The italian government and catholic church were very much on the side of the nazi party, so it's pretty certain the statue celebrates their truphant withdrawal.
