This flight was delayed and so we misconnected to Berlin. AA was unable to rebook us on the next flight from Heathrow to Berlin so we had an involuntary overnight stay in London. The lounge staff attempted but were unable to book a layover hotel for us.

The reason for the delay was because at least one of the cockpit crew was flying in from DFW, and flights from DFW were delayed due to bad weather.Read more
