Naritasan Shinshoji

After snacking on street food, we climbed a flight of stairs to the side of the main entrance to Naritasan Shinshoji to the Grand Hall and three story pagoda before going into Naritasan Park, which has its own entry.

After walking through the park, we reentered Naritasan Shinshoji and admited the lanterns which had been put up for Narita Gion. It is a pity we weren't there past sundown as, based on past experience, the lanterns would have looked spectacular at night.Read more
