    The tower immediately to the north of Montale is Cesta. Here, I purchased an €11 pass which granted entry to this tower and to Guaita Tower, plus some other state museums.

    Cesta is much larger than Montale. Housed inside the main tower is a museum of armaments displaying weapons that were in use in San Marino in the past. I also climbed out onto the tower and enjoyed the views there.Read more
