It was rainy and cold all day; the car display said it was 4 degrees celsius. We braved the rain and ventured out into Penne for lunch, and we also explored a little in the rain. Penne is a cute town on top of a hill and there were many narrow cobblestone lanes to explore. It did get a little treacherous in the rain as I feared slipping and exacerbating my tendinitis.
After this exploration, we retreated to my cousin’s farmhouse and watched movies for the rest of the day. We watched The Wild Robot, and a disturbing David Cronenberg film titled Crimes of the Future.Read more
