Oxford and Cambridge Club

Last day in London I was running some errands. Before going back to hotel to pack, I stopped by the Oxbridge Club just to catch my breathe.

I can’t say this is my favorite club in the world. It is old and worn out. Yet, it still maintains its classic setup that I feel comfortable with. Hi Location is another big bonus. It is almost right next to St. James Palace which is not far from the Buckingham Palace and the Parks. I went straight to the third floor or the libraries. Found a nice quiet corner by the window and resume my reading.

Later I stopped by the Morning Room, which is the bar area of the club. They wouldn’t let me use my computer here. So it is a good time to get a pint of Young’s Bitter and a sandwich and see if I can get another chapter before packing time.Read more
