Canna Dam

We free camped last night at Canna Dam. Another of the old dams around the area that provided water to the trains in the days of steam. Still a rail siding here to pick up grain from the local wheat and canola farms.

There is a orchid trail here...No luck again. We spent ages this morning combing the area. Lots of tiny pom poms springing up after the little bit of rain over the last couple of days.Read more
