Holwell Gorge

Did a nice drive today. Heading back through Beaconsfield to Holwell Gorge. Was a rough walk, but it was worth it. Spotted some great fungi. Feeling very adventurous.
Then, on to Brady's Lookout. Where the bushranger Matthew Brady was hung after being discovered in a nearby cave. Spectacular view along the Tamar River and out to Ben Lomand.
Looped through Launceston. Down, though, Windemere to visit St Mary, a history Anglican Church across the river from Brady's Lookout. Short drive from there back to our camp at Mike and Annie's.Læs mere
