Wild River National Park

Blessed with a sunny day. Made the most of it.
Visited Whyte Hills Lookout. Beautiful views. Plus a disturbing, but thoughtful statue inspired by the iconic photo of a Tasmanian Tiger strung up with the hunter.

Then on to Philosophers Falls. What a stunning walk. So many amazing fungi. Which I will add to a separate post. Was a fairly easy 3ks with some steep parts. Over 200 step to the Waterfall viewing platform.

Then we explored Waratah in the afternoon. So much to see and do in this area. Will be stopping in again on our way back from Strahan.Læs mere
