At George's (Auckland)

We had already booked several Airbnbs in advance before heading to New Zealand. We started our trip at George’s place - a quiet, peaceful little apartment near the city, below their own house, and the perfect way to begin our journey. We’re staying for two days and planning a few day trips in the area.

The apartment has everything you need - a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, dining table, a huge wardrobe, a hot tub, a terrace, and a lovely view over the sea.
The bathroom even has a built-in heating lamp in the ceiling, so if you’re cold, you can turn it on and curl up under the warm light, just like the lizards in a terrarium.
