Just a few words for today:

1. It was HOT! 🥵
2. We climbed for what seemed like forever.

The heat really took its toll on us (and everyone else) today. I don’t think we can even drink enough fluids to replenish what we lost in sweat. But, we made it and are currently comatose in our air conditioned little room at Casa S. Sebastiao in Rubiães.

TravelerThank goodness for air conditioning for you. Wondered about that. When riding the horses and I got too hot I would soak a hankie in water and just put it on under my hat soaking wet. Take care you guys. Hoping for cooler weather for you!

TravelerYour walk is so different from my wal in April. I was walking in heavy rain and through river paths. I like your videos 💪😍
