The enduro side

Yesterday I was too tired to post anything. We spent half of the day in a riverbed which was as exhausting as it gets when doing it for the first time. A mix of river crossings, sand, large boulders, big rocks, sharp rocks, not an inch of even terrain. Needless to say, my body was in paaaaain by the end of the day. Wouldn't be able to say which part hurt the most.

But it was goooooood, mixed with good company and lots of camaraderie.

So today I woke up with a full body ache which was quickly fixed with a pill to follow the habit of everyone else in the group.

I fell into the rhythm today and felt better and faster, with less ache.
