We arrived in rainy Belgium and went straight to our Airbnb. After settling in and getting used to the spiral staircase, we headed out to Bruges, enjoyed some waffles, and wandered through the beautiful town. We ended the day by ordering Asian food back at our Airbnb.Read more

Today, we booked a ride on a hop-on hop-off bus, which turned out to be a great idea given the weather. We saw many different sights throughout the day.

Belgium is full of beautiful street art, monuments, and charming buildings. Our next stop was the Atomium, which was definitely a highlight—the different light effects were especially impressive. Of course, we had to try some Belgian fries, although they weren’t quite as good as expected.

After the Atomium, we visited Mini-Europe, which is similar to Swissminiatur in Switzerland. Before heading back to the Airbnb, we stopped by a few shops to buy some goodies and also visited the famous statue, Manneken Pis.Read more

Sadly, it was already our last day. We visited the final stop on our Belgium itinerary: Antwerp. In just three days, we managed to explore three different places across the country.

We stored our luggage in lockers, which allowed us to move around freely and explore the city. For lunch, we enjoyed some burgers before heading to the airport and making our way home.Read more
