Good bones, but....

We met our broker and the selling broker at 9 this morning. I'll best describe this boat as having a lot of paper cuts. None are big enough to be fatal but geez, there are SO many!
The boat has been on the market for 6mos. It was owned for one year (so far) by the 2nd owner. There seem to be no records, but we found the owner's card in the helm. Can't hurt to contact them!
The good news is we that we've got our grubby little hands on a 4mo old hull survey (shhhhhh!) that helps us estimate the "renovation" budget. No engine survey, though. With all that considered; not sure yet if we want to proceed. Clarity Through Alcohol should help tonight.Read more
