    December 3, 2023 in Vanuatu ⋅ ☁️ 27 °C

The sip and two brunch was just amazing getting a full exposure of how the whole kitchen galley system works, took us through one of the main galley’s where all the foods prepared, except for chops grill that does all its own cooking at the restaurant.
All other food is prepared in the main galley for every other restaurant and cafe on board the ship, but only cooked to about 60 or 70% of its cooked state, then once transported to the final kitchen, or what they call satellite kitchens that is where the final cooking is done on each item ready for dishing up and serving to the customer.
Our tour ended with stunning food and endless champagne.
