Best Salmon Ever

Finished off this rest day with a dinner of the best Salmon I’ve ever eaten! Portugal serves huge portions, which is great for our Camino appetites, but I can never finish my plate and there’s no taking it home! It’s 9pm and we just got back from dinner.
